MEET THE ARTIST
My first 8-track purchase was Elton John’s greatest hits at the age of ten. Yes, 8-track. I’m in my fifties and decades later still have that first tape. I live in Iowa City and am now releasing my debut album, “A Time for Change” with the help of prominent Chicago musicians that share the same passion. It’s a true rock album that blends the influences of the past with new production techniques and emphasizes lyrics that will lead listeners through the noise of today’s world. My songs tell the stories of hope from the viewpoint of people who’ve been excluded, banished or felt forgotten. My wish is that my songs will inspire to make change and bring us all closer together through challenges in life we face. If we could all do as little as smile at each other more, keep our promises or being open to what we don’t know, the world will be a better place.
